My name is Kwanita, but please call me Kwani, all my friends do!

I've been guiding buyers and sellers since 2021 and have established myself as a strong  and competent negotiator. Afterall, it's my job to get my client the best deal for them. I'm a native Baltimorean  and studied Business Management at BCCC and another fun fact, I also attended the Baltimore Police Academy. When not out showing properties I work closely with my son in his studies and his sports. I'm a sports mom and I am committed to helping the kids and coaches.
